Windows 10 Wifi Continues to Reset to the Off

Hi, I'm Bianca, an Independent Advisor for Microsoft, an expert and a Microsoft user like you. I'm happy to assist you.

Sorry to hear that you are having issues with your WIFI. I understand that it keeps on disabling by itself and that you already tried troubleshooting on your own.

The WIFI adapter also this Power Management tab that might be the cause of the problem. To save power it turns off the WIFI adapter to save power. To check if this is the cause on your end, open Device Manager > Wifi Adapter > Power Management > Uncheck the box that turns off the adapter to save power.

I hope this helps, if not please let me know if you need further assistance. Also, feel free to choose a rating.

Oh I see. I'm not sure if you already have tried this but I do not want to miss important troubleshooting steps. You can run the network troubleshooter as well as reset the TCP/IP configuration.

Hi.

I tried doing resetting the IP configuration but it didn't work that well. My WiFi still keeps disconnecting however, it keeps happening much less frequently now.

Anything else that I can do to fix this completely?

Thanks!

I'm sorry but I am running out of ideas here. Let me ask my colleagues to help us with this. There might be another workaround. Please wait for them to respond.

Hi Bianca,

I'm sorry to bother you again but, I'm getting a lot of blue screens lately and I think it's because of the driver issue that I was having. Do you have any update?

Thanks once again
